Within each topic, there are key words and phrases to learn, a story, songs, quizzes, online games, worksheets to print, a cartoon, fascinating facts and lots more for kids to enjoy.
Start by looking at the vocabulary before you play the online games or work on the printable sheets. Similarly, looking at the key phrases, story and cartoon will help before trying the quiz.
Learning a second language is a great life skill. With Bonjourfrench, children learn French through songs, games, stories and activities. While they are young, a child's ability to imitate sounds is at its best and they soak up information like a sponge, so why not see if your children enjoy learning French.
I have created this website to help my own children learn French. My kids love singing songs in French, playing games and learning new words.
I have been learning French since I was 7. I studied French and German to degree level and lived in Paris for a year and Berlin for 6 months. Since 2005, I have been teaching French to children at after-school clubs and in private tutor groups. Their ages range from 2 years old to 12 years old. During this time I have scoured the internet for useful sites and have collated lots of material covering these topics and many more. I hope you find it useful.
